  • Leverage expertise in learning systems and enterprise capability frameworks to drive organizational excellence

About You
  • Demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a complex organization
  • Expertise in learning strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Proven ability to manage learning systems and mandatory training programs
  • Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models
