Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced risk learning specialist to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge risk learning initiatives that enhance organisational capability.

This is a strategic role where your influence, presence, and expertise in learning and development are as important as your risk management skills. You will work closely with senior leaders to embed a proactive risk culture and ensure teams have the skills, knowledge, and tools to manage non-financial risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking risk learning strategy.
  • Design, deliver, and track engaging training programs across multiple business units.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure impact and refine learning solutions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create tailored learning pathways.
  • Introduce innovative, multi-modal learning approaches to strengthen organisational culture.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in learning & development roles, ideally in financial services or risk environments.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate risk concepts into accessible learning.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, confident and persuasive in engaging with senior leaders and diverse audiences.
  • Constructively challenge stakeholders and collaboratively achieve the best outcomes.
  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, independent working style with a passion for continuous improvement.
