We are seeking an experienced
Risk Learning Strategist
to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge risk learning programs that empower teams and shape organisational culture.
This is a strategic position where your influence, presence, and people skills are as important as your L&D capability. You will work closely with senior leaders to embed a proactive risk culture and ensure teams have the skills, knowledge, and tools to manage non-financial risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a forward-thinking risk learning strategy.

Design, deliver, and track engaging training programs across multiple business units.

Use data-driven insights to measure impact and refine learning solutions.

Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create tailored learning pathways.

Introduce innovative, multi-modal learning approaches to strengthen organisational culture.
">

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in learning & development roles, ideally in financial services or risk environments.
Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate risk concepts into accessible learning.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, confident and persuasive in engaging with senior leaders and diverse audiences.
Constructively challenge stakeholders and collaboratively achieve the best outcomes.
Highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proactive, independent working style with a passion for continuous improvement.
