About the Role

This is a diverse and challenging role that combines sales administration, customer service, and sales. As an Inventory and Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing counter and telephone sales
  • Conducting stock audits and inventory management
  • Providing general administration and housekeeping support, including OH&S
  • Ordering branch supplies and coordinating cyclic stock counts and stock cleansing
  • Processing and following up overdue purchase and customer orders
  • Monitoring and maintaining drop shipment orders and quarantine stock

  • Proficiency in computer technology and systems (training will be provided)
