Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Tilray Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing orders, warehouse operations, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to product and service-related queries.
  • Process and release stock to warehouse and distributors in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including material profiles and data accuracy checks.
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, implementing process improvements as needed.
  • Deliver accurate replenishment ordering to distributors.
  • Develop and maintain written procedures for material control processes and functions.
  • Manage warehouse and freight forwarding operations, including customs clearance and transport documentation.
  • Communicate shipment status and resolve issues related to discrepancies and delayed arrivals.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with key stakeholders and provide daily reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the medicinal cannabis industry is preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of supply chain and customer service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work productively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power-Bi experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
