Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Cox Purtell. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the full sales cycle, from customer account set up to order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests related to customer orders and accounts.
  • Serve customers by processing orders and resolving any order or account issues.
  • Support the set-up of customer accounts, accounts receivables, deliveries, and returns.
  • Update various reports, including account opening status, sales report, open orders, delivery status, and inventory levels.
  • Process new customer accounts and applications in SAP.
  • Process all orders in SAP and liaise with distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and regional ordering of stock.
  • Maintain customer and material databases in SAP.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales admin/logistics coordinator role.
  • FMCG/Consumer Goods background is preferred.
  • Highly skilled in customer service/account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have extensive experience of using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
