Job Summary:

Tilray Brands is seeking a highly organized and diligent Inventory Coordinator to join our growing and dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the orders, warehouse operations, customers, distributors, daily reporting, and freight management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Management: Provide real-time order and product queries, communicate effectively, and resolve issues.
  • Order Management: Process and release stock to warehouse and distributors in a timely manner.
  • Distributor Management: Manage and maintain the company's materials and product inventory, including material profiles and accuracy checks.
  • Inventory Management: Identify, investigate, and resolve stock discrepancies, and implement processes or procedural improvements to resolve issues.
  • Deliver Accurate Replenishment Ordering: Provide accurate replenishment ordering to our distributors.
  • Warehouse and Freight Forwarding Management: Manage customs clearance procedures, transport documents, track and communicate shipment status, and resolve issues.
  • Monthly Meetings: Attend monthly meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports on inventory levels, orders, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain and customer service.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power-Bi experience preferred, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player with initiative and drive, ability to work independently with strong prioritization skills, honest, open, and non-hierarchical attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
