About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator at Tiffany & Co. in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and managed to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stock Rebalancing: Coordinate stock rebalances to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that stock is evenly distributed across the store.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Repair and Service Orders: Manage and complete repair and service orders in a timely manner, ensuring that they meet the company's service quality standards.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Apply consultative selling skills and product knowledge to all customer interactions, developing and building ongoing customer relationships and confidence.
  • Customer Follow-up: Provide high-quality customer follow-up to support the development of client relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience: In sales, retail stock management, or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Dynamic Service-Driven Personality: Essential for providing exceptional customer service and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
