Flight Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flight Operations Leader to manage a team of pilots at our Cairns, Mt Isa, and Horn Island bases. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership presence and be responsible for contributing to the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of line pilots to ensure seamless flight operations across our bases.
  • Manage and coordinate flight schedules, crew resource management, and aircraft maintenance.
  • Contribute to safety initiatives and maintain a culture of excellence within the team.
Key Requirements:
  1. Australian Commercial Pilots Licence (CPL)
  2. Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating - 4 renewals
  3. Minimum 3000 hours total time
  4. Minimum 2000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC)
  5. Hold or be eligible to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
  6. Current Class 1 Aviation Medical
