As a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft. Your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance tasks on various aircraft components, including engine overhauls and repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CASA Part 66 License: This is a mandatory requirement for anyone seeking to work as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
  • Current ASIC card or eligibility to hold Australian ASIC: You must have a valid ASIC card or be eligible to obtain one to meet the necessary security requirements.
  • Part 145 experience: With a strong background in aircraft maintenance, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work within Part 145 regulations.
  • Overhaul Workshop experience: As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to manage overhaul workshops, overseeing daily operations and coordinating with team members.
  • Aircraft component expertise: Experience with specific aircraft components, such as Bell Series Helicopters, King Air gear, and DH6 Twin Otter gear, is highly desirable.
