At our company, we're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimisation Manager to join our team. This key role will play a pivotal part in ensuring optimal DC productivity and timely dispatch of store orders.

The successful candidate will have proven operational experience working in supply chain or manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of relevant OH&S and RTW legislation. You'll be responsible for cultivating a customer-centric culture within your team, leading coaching and mentoring direct reports to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring consistent practices exist within the DC and across the network
  • Participating in system testing, including DILO, operations readiness and commissioning activities
  • Developing documentation, such as work instructions and SOPs
  • Managing and monitoring operational KPIs to ensure resource planning is aligned with volume forecasts
  • Driving engagement at all levels of the business and facilitating the sharing of ideas to support achievement of key measures and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven operational experience working in supply chain or manufacturing environments
  • Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, people management
  • Knowledge of relevant OH&S and RTW legislation
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience in delivering results through cross-functional working
  • High level of effectiveness in team situations under pressure of multiple deadlines
