Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and controlling inventory and logistics to meet Service and Sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for machines and spare parts using data analysis and statistical tools. Analyse historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and inventory data to create and adjust forecasts.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer and business requirements while avoiding excess stock. Coordinate the release and communication of demand and supply plans to relevant stakeholders, including managing critical updates and modifications.
  • Spare Parts Optimisation: Support global and regional spare parts optimisation efforts and minimise non-rotating stock. Execute end-to-end purchase and logistics processes, ensuring accurate delivery timelines are provided to the business.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems. Perform regular cycle counts and full stock audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
