
Supply Chain Optimisation Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Optimisation Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise the flow of materials from suppliers through to production, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with Supply Chain, Engineering, Planning and Warehouse personnel
- Monitoring stock levels and providing recommendations to improve optimal holdings
- Undertaking long, medium and short-term planning across procurement, logistics, warehouse and yard to meet production schedules and requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of three years' experience in a comparable role, showcasing a solid understanding of industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience working with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
