Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Systems Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our reporting processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our Accounts Payable and Practice Management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain our systems to ensure optimal performance and address any system errors that arise.
  • System Updates: Implement system updates for onboarding and offboarding staff, ensuring accuracy across systems.
  • System Changes: Implement system changes for organisational structure changes.
  • Technical Support: Respond to queries related to Accounts Payable and Practice Management software and interconnected systems and platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot system errors to minimise downtime for the business.
  • Reporting: Generate accurate and timely reports to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Professional Services Experience: Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of professional services metrics and a keen interest to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to articulate system processes to others.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to work methodically.
  • Time Management: The capacity to work within tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive Nature: A proactive nature with a curious mindset.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify improvements and implement to a specified timeline.
