About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rural Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a key member of our rural real estate team, you will be responsible for driving listing and selling opportunities to expand our business in rural areas. Your expertise in real estate legislation and industry experience within the local area will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Listings and Sales
    • List, market, and sell properties to meet client needs
  • Client Relationships
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs
  • Business Development
    • Participate in branch business development programs to drive growth
  • Performance Metrics
    • Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work with the Elders team to provide clients with innovative solutions and maximize promotional opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Local real estate industry experience and associated networks
  • Ability to appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential
  • Real Estate licence and current driver's licence
  • Demonstrated real estate marketing skills
  • Understanding of real estate legislation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work as a team player, with enthusiasm, energy, and good time management skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and use technology, including CRM platforms
