Spiritual Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Spiritual Care Coordinator to deliver high-quality pastoral care services for our residents. This role involves establishing and maintaining effective relationships with residents through one-to-one visits and group-based activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Encouraging resident choice and participation in pastoral care services
  • Providing spiritual support and pastoral care services to residents and family members
  • Maintaining pastoral care assessments and progress notes within eCase / CRM

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A heart and passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Successful completion of Cert III or Cert IV in Pastoral Care, Counselling, or similar qualifications
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
