Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to provide pastoral care, guidance, and spiritual support to staff, young people in residence, and community members, individually and in groups.

The successful candidate will work onsite at Triple Care Farm, delivering reflections, team activities, and spiritual or cultural programs aligned to the site's operation.

You will build strong and professional relationships with internal staff, external partners, and local churches to strengthen chaplaincy support.

  • Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to individuals and groups
  • Support Mission Australia's Christian Founding Purpose and values by promoting reflective practice, values-based decision making, and spiritual growth
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to deliver reflections, team activities, and spiritual or cultural programs
  • Build strong relationships with internal staff, external partners, and local churches
