
Senior Client Relationship Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their goals and needs, and bringing back valuable insights to help us craft the best possible proposals.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a customer-based development plan to drive organic growth and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment with sales strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Value-added Program Management: Design and manage value-added programs tailored to client needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports, both internal and external, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Contract Compliance: Monitor and address any contract non-compliance issues promptly, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
- Sales Planning and Forecasting: Optimize stock levels to maximize profitability, manage product life cycles, and forecast demand to minimize obsolete stock.
- Deadline Management: Ensure all sales planning and product range efficiency tasks are completed within client-defined time frames, meeting all relevant KPIs.
- 4+ years experience in Account management
- Ability to build meaningful relationships, prioritizing customer satisfaction while achieving commercial goals.
