
Client Relationship Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to manage client relationships and ensure timely resolutions to their queries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential customer churn through proactive communication and service amendments.
- Ensure profit margins align with regional expectations during negotiations.
- Monitor and report on emerging trends in client behavior, identifying opportunities for upselling and retention.
- Prioritize tasks and make recommendations as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our services and support the retentions team during upselling campaigns.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within the portfolio.
