Contract Administration Opportunity

Your role will involve working with a project manager and senior contract administrators to oversee commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing subcontractors, drafting scopes of work, and awarding subcontracts.
  • Financial forecasting and cost tracking.
  • Subcontract variation and progress claims management.
  • Supporting the project manager with client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 6-24 months of experience in contract administration for a commercial builder, with local experience in Melbourne/Australia essential. A tertiary degree in Construction is desirable but not necessary.
