A large public community healthcare provider requires an experienced Contract Manager to join the team to assist with managing and progressing a number of high risk and high value contract agreements in relation to Engineering, Biomedical Engineering and Facilities. Requiring strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills to build commercial relationships across the organisation and externally, this position requires an experienced professional who has extensive contract administration and management experience, ideally with a government, NFP or healthcare setting. Offering superb rates and a hybrid working model, this position is an initial 3-month contract to begin as soon as possible in November.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and progressing RFQs and contracts regarding a range of maintenance agreements
- Reviewing contracts and ensuring correct execution in line with organisational requirements, templates, and briefs
- Establishing strong relationships across the organisation and liaising with relevant stakeholders and suppliers
- Creating service maintenance agreements
- Assisting with new and pre-existing agreements (quoting, tendering, evaluations)

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in government, healthcare, hospitals, or aged care is highly desirable but not necessary.
- Extensive Contract Management experience in a similar setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of department representatives and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to easily utilise Excel (desirable if you have knowledge of Zuuse software)
