  • As a skilled contract administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our company based in the inner South East Suburbs. You will work closely with an experienced project manager, senior contract administrators, and site managers to ensure the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Letting and vetting subcontractors, drafting scopes and awarding subcontracts.
  • Financial forecasting and cost management.
  • Managing subcontract variations and progress claims.
  • Collaborating with the project manager on head contract client relations.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience working as a contract administrator in a commercial builder setting.
  • Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
  • Prior financial management systems experience would be ideal.
  • A great attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial.
  • A tertiary degree related to construction is highly desirable, although relevant experience takes precedence.
