The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with our customers to understand their identity and security needs, and providing strategic guidance on how to leverage Okta's solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on best practices for identity and security
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest identity and security trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer success
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in information technology, with a focus on identity and security
  • Strong technical expertise in identity and access management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
