Workshop Administrator Role

McCosker are experts in the civil construction industry offering a diverse range of services to the mining, construction, building, gas and industrial sectors.

This role is responsible for day-to-day administration activities for the workshop and engaging with workshop leaders and other key stakeholders to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a high level of attention to detail, and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

  • Process timesheets accurately and efficiently
  • Process daily activity sheets / work orders promptly
  • Establish, control and maintain effective filing systems and records
  • Provide general administration support for the workshop team
  • Perform other relevant duties as required

To succeed you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in administration
  • Current Queensland Driver Licence
  • Construction Card (white card)

You will also need:

  • Intermediate experience in MS Office and Adobe systems
  • Ability to provide efficient administration support to leaders and teams
  • Capability to work effectively within established systems and procedures
  • Able to input data and maintain accurate records within set timeframes
  • Produce and maintain documentation with high accuracy
  • Knowledge of the civil construction industry (desired).
