About the Role

This role presents a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in property maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms, amenities, and communal spaces within the property are well-maintained and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, paint jobs, and improvements to ensure the property remains in impeccable condition.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team, requiring both a cooperative mindset and the ability to work independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Comfortable in a physical role, with a get-up-and-go attitude and a willingness to complete tasks in a safe and presentable manner.
  • Handy on the tools, with prior experience in general property maintenance and familiarity with preventative maintenance programs an advantage.
  • Confident in communicating effectively at all levels, from management to guests and contractors.
  • Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
