Pace Farm, one of Australia's leading egg producers, is seeking an experienced Grading Team Leader to join our team at Wattle Ridge – West Wyalong, NSW. In this key position, you will oversee the daily operations of our grading and packing department, ensuring smooth production flow, safety compliance, and productivity targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 20–30 staff per night shift to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Supervise and train team members, including onboarding new staff, to ensure seamless integration into our production environment.
  • Manage shift performance, team rosters, and workflow to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to resolve equipment issues and ensure continuity of production.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and WHS practices to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to drive results and improve processes.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to identify and respond to issues that impact quality or productivity.
