Lead Production Team

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations in our egg grading and processing department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising grading and packing operations
  • Managing shift performance, team rosters, and workflow
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, WHS, and food safety standards
  • Training and supporting team members
  • Monitoring production data and helping to reduce errors and downtime
About You

We're looking for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

You should have previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, along with good understanding of HACCP, GMP, and WHS practices.

You'll also need experience in a production, food processing, or manufacturing environment, solid time management skills, basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel), a proactive and physically fit attitude, and strong team leadership abilities.
