We are seeking Production workers / Cannoli wizards at Cannoleria HQ located in Heidelberg West.

The main part of the job will be the production and packaging of our delicious Cannoli filling made out of fresh ricotta.

Cannoleria is a unique concept that specialises in the traditional Sicilian dessert, Cannoli.

A brand that celebrates the Sicilian treat by incorporating traditionally made ricotta with seasonal and natural products to create an endless variety of flavours. This makes our concept the first of its kind

Manual work is required on a daily basis including food production, packing & stock management.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in the below:

- Able to work some early mornings
- Understanding and knowledge of Italian food
- Background in the food production/or pastry-making environment
- Good knowledge of hygiene and ohs procedures
- Good housekeeping skills
- Attention to detail
- Creativity

A previous food manufacturing/pastry-making experience is a must to apply.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: From $20.34 per hour
