About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Egg Grading Manager to join our team at Wattle Ridge. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading daily grading and packing operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and achieving production targets.

You will work closely with our Grading Manager and Supervisor to manage production flow, support new staff onboarding, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. If you have a strong background in food production or manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Daily Grading Operations
  • Manage Shift Performance, Team Rosters, and Workflow
  • Ensure Compliance with Food Safety Standards
  • Train and Support Team Members
  • Monitor Production Data and Identify Opportunities for Improvement
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of food safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced production environment. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work in a factory setting.

Requirements:
  • Previous Experience in a Supervisory/Team Leader Role
  • Good Understanding of Food Safety Regulations
  • Experience in a Production, Food Processing, or Manufacturing Environment
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
