Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning Employee Relations, Recruitment, Wellbeing & WH&S, and supporting the ANZ HR Lead and GM with key HR programs and global projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning Employee Relations across all areas of the business
  • Recruitment, Selection and Employer Branding
  • Leading Work, Health & Safety programs including mandatory training
  • Supporting Payroll, monthly HR reporting and audit processes
  • Owning onboarding, exits and employee enquiries
  • Contributing to Learning & Development and maintaining compliance records
  • Coordinating HR contributions to company wide meetings and inductions
  • Managing HR reporting and maintaining data in line with local and global compliance
  • Supporting global HR projects as needed.
Requirements
  • HR Generalist experience, preferably within commercial business units
  • Confidence leading ER matters, liaising with employees at all levels
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • WHS experience, with RTW case management advantageous
  • Recruitment, employer branding and/or agency partnering
  • Bachelor qualifications in HR, or similar
  • HRIS experience, with Workday, Success Factors or similar ideal
  • Confidence in HR Reporting, partnering with Payroll preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong systems knowledge
  • Experience partnering in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices Industry advantageous.
