Job Description

As a Distribution Strategy Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and meeting production targets by developing and executing distribution strategies for Authorized Representative (AR) networks across the country.

You will leverage internal capabilities to achieve profitable growth on a whole-of-account basis across various product lines, including Middle Market, Small Commercial, A&H, and Personal Lines. This position is ideal for an account manager or business development manager looking to broaden their skills and experience across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for all product lines within your responsibility.
  • Manage existing AR relationships and foster new connections through regular contact and communication.
  • Facilitate training sessions and presentations to ARs on underwriting appetite and understanding Chubb systems, products, and platforms.
  • Attend AR network conferences and professional development days as required.
  • Lead the use of Microsoft Dynamics by logging broker visitations, managing and updating your pipeline, and providing detailed analysis and reporting on your AR panel.
  • Coordinate whole-of-account opportunities with Underwriters to convert them into successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute AR account plans to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Commercially aware customer focus, excellent planning and communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and self-motivation to drive distribution initiatives are essential qualifications for this role.
