About the Role:
  • Lead the development of strategic plans to enhance emergency department models of care and operational processes.
  • Analyze ED performance metrics to support continuous service improvement and meet Key Performance Indicators.
  • Oversee data quality and ensure accuracy in ED data reporting, diagnosis coding, and Activity Based Funding optimisation using tools like ieMR (FirstNet).
Your Qualifications:
  • You must possess comprehensive knowledge of Emergency Department clinical models, operational workflows, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with ieMR (FirstNet), relevant databases, and reporting tools for data extraction, analysis, and funding optimisation is essential.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead teams and drive data quality improvements aligned with clinical and financial objectives.
