Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our talented team at our Warwick clinic. As a Sound Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping people rediscover the emotions of sound.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing hearing screening checks and maintenance, with full training provided
- Providing exceptional face-to-face and phone-based customer support
- Confirming and scheduling customer appointments through diary and inbox management
- Source external lead generation opportunities and implement local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Assisting clinics to perform more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
- Providing administrative support to Audiologists and the clinic
As a successful Sound Specialist, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service or retail role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills and be tech savvy
- Previous administration experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- Sales experience is also an advantage
