Job Opportunity:

Senior Case Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Case Manager to provide quality case management and return-to-work coordination within the Australian jurisdictions for Workers Compensation.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients, providing support for workers recovering from work-related and non-work-related injuries.
  • Implement return-to-work plans in workplaces, ensuring employers meet their obligations under Workers Compensation legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality case management services to clients, including RTW coordination and injury management planning.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, insurers, and other key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NSW scheme case management.
  • Proven experience working in self-insurance (highly regarded).
  • RTW coordination experience and SIRA Certification required.
