About the Role

A skilled leader with expertise in case management, investigations, and stakeholder management is required. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • At least 7 years of experience in case management, HR, or employment law, including extensive experience managing complex employee matters.
  • Degree qualifications in Employment Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience advising senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Resilience and sound judgment in handling sensitive and high-pressure situations.
  • An analytical mindset with capability in using data to drive insights and decisions.
