About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Room Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Royal Park. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical centre.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the provision of services within our treatment room, conducting a range of clinical duties, and assisting the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and staff performance management.

You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

About You

We are looking for a registered nurse with prior experience in general practice or an acute setting. Your leadership skills and ability to work independently will be highly valued, and we are happy to support your development in this role.

You will be passionate about healthcare and committed to improving the lives of our community. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to engage with patients and colleagues effectively.
