About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Room Team Leader to join our dynamic team at ForHealth Group (Dayforce). As a key member of our medical centre team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the provision of services within our treatment room, conducting a range of clinical duties, and assisting the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance.

You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of services, and will be responsible for building relationships with patients to create a positive and supportive environment.

We are looking for a registered nurse with prior experience in general practice or an acute setting, who is passionate about healthcare and improving the lives of those in our community.

We are seeking a candidate who is:

  • Able to work independently and make decisions when required
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
