About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Room Team Leader to join our dynamic team at ForHealth Group (Dayforce). As a key member of our medical centre team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the provision of services within the treatment room, ensuring seamless delivery of clinical duties.
  • Conduct a range of clinical tasks, including health assessments, immunisations, and assisting healthcare professionals with procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to create a positive experience prior to procedures or treatments.
  • Triage patients and assist healthcare professionals with procedures.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance.
  • Liaise with the Practice Manager and treatment room employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed.

About You

  • You will be a Registered Nurse with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
  • You will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and improving the lives of those in our community.
  • You will be a key player in our medical centre team, with the initiative to make decisions and work independently when required.
  • You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues.
