Are you passionate about early childhood education and fostering a nurturing environment for young minds to thrive? Little Shining Stars at Elizabeth Park is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full-time Room Leaders for our Babies and Toddlers Room.

Little Shining Stars is a well-established childcare center committed to providing quality care and early education. Our center at Elizabeth Park is a close-knit community where we prioritize the well-being and development of each child.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all children
- Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall educational program

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in a childcare or early learning setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.69 - $39.68 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
