
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a technical support specialist.
As a key member of our team, you will provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and first-level Helpdesk services across various locations.
You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, system maintenance and customer-focused tech support that keeps our operations running smoothly. Flexibility is key as some shifts may start earlier or finish later depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on IT support and resolve incidents quickly to minimise disruption.
- Support network access, printing, conferencing and security updates.
- Deliver customer-focused Helpdesk support, both face-to-face and online.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help shape our technology culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in desktop and end-user support, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Technical capability with devices, software and support systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
