Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategies to boost revenue growth and expansion for accounting and bookkeeping firms
- Create territory plans to increase revenue through Xero plan upgrades and grow connected payment services
- Plan and execute events to accelerate revenue growth and new customer acquisition
- Become a trusted advisor to existing partners, fostering strong relationships
- Manage relationships of accounting partners, create and attend events
- Educate partners on the mechanics and benefits of our partner program
- Ensure timely product and educational updates for partners
- Combat churn and deletion risks through education and value proposition
- Ensure partners attend webinars and certification training
- Educate partners on available resources and maintain certification
- Collect feedback from partners on feature requests
- Influence adoption of adjacent products
