Business Development Director opportunity to lead the expansion of our NDIS provider business.

This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of care transportation and support services in collaboration with industry leaders and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Cultivate and manage partnerships to enhance service offerings and establish Health Hubs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold high levels of service quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business management, preferably within healthcare or service sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading teams and driving organisational growth.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Understanding of NDIS guidelines (desired).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (desired).
