Compliance Professional

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide advice, service, and support on employee compliance matters. This role is responsible for managing employee and resident compliance tasks, including Police Checks, Visas, NDIS, APHRA Registration, and Vaccinations.
The successful applicant will also provide compliance audits and deliver reports as required.

- Conducting compliance audits and delivering reports
About the Role:
This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in business administration, corporate functions, or HR shared services. The ideal candidate will have superior administration skills, strong organisation skills and efficiency to manage a high volume workload, good attention to detail and problem-solving ability, and effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
