Key Responsibilities

  • You will assist business units in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Assist in reviewing policies and procedures related to legislative requirements.
  • Develop and maintain superior knowledge and understanding of compliance-related legislation.
  • Be the first point of referral for responses to regulatory/compliance investigations.
  • Review marketing and other collateral.
  • Assist in managing and responding to complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience as a compliance professional in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance-related legislation.
  • Experience maintaining registers (e.g., Trademarks, Obligations).
  • Experience participating in risk workshops.
