HR Operations Team Member Job Description

The University of Adelaide is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Team Member to join its HR Operations team. As an HR Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for providing HR operational services, including the coordination of end-to-end employment contractual arrangements for fixed-term, continuing, and casual staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the provision of HR operational services, including the coordination of employment contractual arrangements.
  • Deliver Faculty-based academic administrative processes and support hiring managers for contract renewals and direct appointments.
  • Provide advice and support on HR processes, interpretation of relevant policies and procedures, and the application of the Enterprise Agreement.
