Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. It focuses on disrupting and leading the market with advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and conventional EP products.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work within a talented sales and clinical support team and promote highly disruptive and market-leading electrophysiology products.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing case and technical support at Radiofrequency ablation, Cryoablation, electrophysiology, and 3D mapping/navigation procedures.
- Enabling best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers through providing technical in-services, education, and presentations.
- Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for Cardiac Ablation Solutions.
- Supporting sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership and Marketing teams.
- Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and knowledge.
- Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating to Territory Managers and Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership.
- Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
- Maintaining field inventory effectively and ensuring appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.
- Supporting clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research team.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing technical support in cardiac electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Interstate travel required up to 25%, valid driver's license, and own transport required.
