We're seeking an experienced IT Solutions Expert to join our friendly and supportive Solutions Team. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work with external and internal stakeholders, delivering projects by implementing innovative solutions. About the Role:

  • Work closely with the Project team to deliver projects using project methodologies and frameworks
  • Implement projects within budget, timeline, and scope
  • Contribute to winning projects and participate in presales/scoping activities with our sales team
  • Demonstrate expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your technical domain
  • Deliver customer-centric solutions while focusing on technical excellence
  • Emphasize continuous improvement, including upskilling, certification, and adopting new technologies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project delivery or professional services organisations (preferably MSP)
  • Proven ability to deploy architecture based on Solutions Architect designs
  • Previous experience working within a PMO (Project Management) team and participating in Pre-Sales activities
  • Implementation knowledge of Microsoft M365 and Entra ID services, including Intune (AutoPilot), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Conditional Access
  • Implementation knowledge of vendors such as Veeam, Mimecast, Dell, VMware
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with all levels of stakeholders
  • Defence force experience is desirable

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive salary package includes bonus opportunities, paid volunteer days, and a range of employee benefits.
