About the Role:

This is a Casual position offering hours dependant on occupancy of the hotel. You will be required to work weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and take orders from guests
  • Clean and refill buffet/coffee items
  • Prepare and serve beverages
  • Keep the restaurant clean and tidy
  • Work independently on shifts
  • Set up and clean conference areas
Requirements:
  • Barista training would be an advantage
  • Previous F&B experience in a hotel environment would be beneficial
  • A bright and bubbly personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
