The Role

This leadership position requires a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate students, staff, and parents. You will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, managing resources, and ensuring the overall well-being of the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with our Christian values
  • Manage school resources, including budget, staff, and facilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and the wider community
  • Ensure student safety, health, and wellbeing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Christian values and their application in education

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $115,000 - $135,000 per annum (pro rata)
  • Six weeks annual leave + stand-down
  • 11.5% Super Contribution on top of salary
  • Long Service Leave pro-rata after five years of continuous service
  • 15 days per year of personal sick or carers leave, two days discretionary leave per year
  • Up to eight weeks paid maternity leave for eligible employees in addition to government leave and five days paid 'dad' leave
