We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead a team in Darwin. This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Business Leader.

About the Role

This role involves project design and delivery across various projects and sectors. Projects range from initial concept design and master planning through to detailed design and construction documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for independent design, project delivery, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Civil design mainly relating to urban, land, buildings, and subdivisions
  • Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits
  • Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters
  • Managing clients and other consultants
  • Assisting with project management and business development
  • Supporting Project Leaders/Managers in completing projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management, and overall client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in civil engineering related to design and delivery of urban, land, buildings, and subdivisions
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and state requirements
  • Obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible
  • Eligible to obtain Defence baseline security clearance
